Re: IRONTON RETURNING STARTERS AND YOUR THOUGHTS
I heard that Ironton was working out a deal with the commish so that we can take kids from eleven different school districts like most of the state championship teams in the past five years.... ...you would think that if they didn't change the way things are being done that they should at least mak...

Re: Tribune: River Valley has standing invitation to join TVC
RV would be smart to jump to the TVC. The travel just does not make sense for them, esp. when you start talking volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball. If this move would happen, what would happen to the rest of the OVC....CG, RH, SP, CH, and Fairland? Since all the schools are playing the t...

Re: Ironton's Schedule 2010
Just a thought
Why couldn't Ironton stay in the league in football only? They are still playing most of the league anyway....was this a possibility?

Re: Ironton's Schedule 2010
i am saying that team would finish last Dumb post. We could all just say that the mighty Ironton Tigers ran from the competition of Logan/Zanesville since they can't beat them anymore. People on here cry about certain posters from Logan but then make these kind of comments. Why couldn't an all-star...

Ironton's Schedule 2010
Now that Ironton is out of the league, what is their schedule shaping up to be next season? Thought I saw where they will be playing Bishop Hartley?

Re: D5 - Region 19: (#7) Coal Grove at (#2) Oak Hill
Ridgewood is 6 because they were undefeated. Coal Grove has one loss. I feel that Oak Hill will go deep in the playoffs. Coal Grove will give them a game, but The Oaks will win at their home field.

Re: OVC (1-7) South Point @ (1-7) Rock Hill
Fans were expecting to see a strong running game when the South Point Pointers faced the Rock Hill Redmen Friday. They got what they expected, but it didn’t come from where they expected it. Rock Hill had its biggest rushing performance of the season with 303 yards on just 33 attempts as the Redme...

Re: OVC (1-7) South Point @ (1-7) Rock Hill
u really think sp is going to score 12 points rh D is not that pretty sp 34 rh 20 if they can hold on to the ball unlike the fairland game to many fumbles SP was lucky to get 6. A bogus pass interference call gave them 6 points. I was impressed with #5, he runs hard and played after getting knocked...

Fuzzhead, that's so funny how you make fun of RH people like you do. Hello pot, meet kettle! I mean really, isn't the whole point of the RH/CG rivalry is to see who is the bigger hilljack? Gimme a break if you think that just because you live 5 miles to the east that you are some how superior. Reall...

Re: OVC Rock Hill (0-6) @ Chesapeake (0-6)
I believe RH will have a hard time stopping Peake in the 1st half. Peake hung with CG in the 1st half, but the bigger, stronger Hornets wore them down in the 2nd half, enabling them to score easily on several big plays. But I don't believe RH has the "hosses" to wear Peake out as Valley, ...

Re: OVC Rock Hill (0-6) @ Chesapeake (0-6)
Good post OVC Fan! I agree! P-lease people! Every coach I've ever known would give their left, well, you know, to have a winning season. And, Todd Knipp is the head coach, not McCollister. Knipp makes his own decision in the end. Every head coach does. It's their A$$ that's on the line in the end. N...

Re: Rock Hill JV 26-14 Over Burg JV
RH has a lot of kids out of school due to illness also. Its really going around. In fact, several of the kids that played in this game were sick but played anyways. They also played on Friday night because we had several Varsity starters out with the virus. I'm certainly not going to get on here and...

Re: Rock Hill JV 26-14 Over Burg JV
LOL...I bet they caught it from the sick RH kids on Friday. The game was 26-6 until Burg returned a kickoff with less than 5 minutes left. RH threw 1 pass the whole game, not counting the 2 pt conversion.
