Circleville will be improved but still not be that great yet. I see six to eight wins and probably finish fifth or sixth. I'll go with Bloom Carroll to win the league.

Keyser but did Jackson beat anyone they weren't supposed to beat? The only team that would qualify is probably Portsmouth. They got handled by the score in the games they weren't expected to win. I'm sure the coach did a good job, but I question the preseason prediction with several give me games in...

I disagree completely. Jackson beat one team with a winning record. Four of the teams were very terrible, Vinton County, Wellston, Chillicothe and Marietta. Gallipolis had a very down year and the other win came against Waverly, who didn't have a very good season (three of their wins against Northwe...
