since this post is running over with oakhill talk I will start a new scores post would like to hear updates from all the teams

I hear Burg will have at least one nice transfer for sure.

I'll take it grilled. Wasnt our best game. A costly error and no big hits but I have to say nothing gets past oakhills shortstop and 3rd base does it We will bring our A game next time

Looking at last year, and what teams lost who.. I would pick Oak Hill, NW, Minford (pitching?), ND, but you really can't count Burg out either. Not sure who they have returning to the mound. I can see some advantages to a shot clock, the disadvantage would be that a team could no longer control the tempo of the game. Would be interesting to see how it would go.

Why would sixth graders be starting for a jr high team? The one kid from oak hill(sixth grade?) is impressive, have seen her play. What about some of the other teams in our area?

That doesn't impress me much. Doesn't everyone play travel ball? Now a days, it seems anyone can walk onto a "travel" softball team.

Holden is fun to watch, outstanding athlete.

Wheelersburg will dominate again. Any other teams that may compete with burg? What players to watch out for and what travel teams are they with? What travel teams in our area to watch?

the talent pool ran dry in oak hill. from what i saw in the summer, they will be down for awhile. its our turn to run up the score.
