Re: SEOAL Meet
SEOAL track gives All League to the winner of the event on that one day. However, SEOAL football gives all league awards to who the coaches think was the best contributors for their team, not the best at the various positions. All League football 2010 Team was stacked with the high scorers, RB, QB, ...

Re: D3 R12 #5 Jackson (9-1) @ #4 Eaton (10-0)
Were we physical enough for you? Seemed like the Jackson players were a class act from what I could see. Much better than the posters on here, with a few exceptions. If you are going to talk down a team like you all did, you might want to back it up. Our lineman enjoyed reading your comments about ...

Re: D3 R12 #5 Jackson (9-1) @ #4 Eaton (10-0)
Jackson could run the ball and score on some small colleges......seriously. The teams overall physical STRENGTH is what sets them apart. After a very short break after the last game last year, they lived in the weight/conditioning center. Except for a broken hand bone (still playing) and an ACL (st...

Re: SEOAL Championship: Jackson @ Gallia Academy
Looks the wildcat formation could come into play for Jackson. Plus, Drew Ervin started out the summer as quarterback. If Winchester cant go, the Ironmen should still be OK. I think his defensive skills will be missed most. Hopefully he will be back for the playoffs. Jackson's line made pancakes all ...

Re: Week 9: SEOAL - Chillicothe (3-5, 3-1) at Jackson (7-1,
Great game from both teams. Excellent coaching showdown. Lots of guts out there tonight. Roll on Ironmen. You all make us proud. Chillicothe fans were fantastic for how few were there. If their stands were full, might have been a different ending. Grreat call by Coach Hall for going for the win on t...

Re: Ironton (5-1) @ Jackson (5-1)
Nice job of Ironton for hanging so tough with the Ironmen. We doubled up on every stat (except for punting yards) against the Tigers. Should not have been this close, but it sure was exciting. Funny how many bloggers could not make it to the game, but they seem to know everything. Jackson is one spe...

Re: Ironton (5-1) @ Jackson (5-1)
This is the best chance Jackson has had to beat an Ironton team in some time. If Jackson can stop a big break away run or something getting away on special teams they will win this game. If they do not turn the ball over they win. Ironton missing some of their playmakers will make a huge difference...

Re: Ironton (5-1) @ Jackson (5-1)
This is Jackson gameday, timeto forget about who threw a punch or who didn't, everyone seemsto think the player was ejected for throwing a punch, when in reality he could have dropped the f-bomb or even simply got up pushing the tackler off of him, it was the opinion of the official that it warrant...

Re: Ironton (5-1) @ Jackson (5-1)
To the players that read this blog: (not us "has beens") Only bad things can happen if you square off with another player. All it takes is a flash of fabric or the quick jerk of a helmet and you might get called for something you didn't do. Just turn your back and walk away. There are othe...

Re: Jacksons offense
The whole team had "dead legs" against Wellston. They deserved the win, but not sure if we overdid conditioning leading up to gameweek. Do know the coaches were openly concerned about conditioning after the last scrimmage. By the Portsmouth game, you didn't see any hands on the hips very m...

Re: Jacksons offense
If you enjoy watching good teamwork, just watch the Jackson O-line as a whole at the snap and you can see the hole/seam open up, then shift you attention to the backfield and one of a couple runaway bulls will be be charging downfield. The passing is developing very nicely also. Can't wait to see wh...
