Peebles has an unfortunate history of letting the parents run things and until that stops things won't get better.

Great night of high school basketball. Trent and Jake both definately stepped up their games big time but great effort and win by the whole team.

I think you have to look at the situation individually. Depends on a lot of things, what the T was for, has there been an going history of problems with a kid?? I think he just meant getting hung onto and pushed and shoved. Heat fan while I agree that yes players need to "toughen up" I'm not sure that means getting shoved with 2 hands, pushed down, tripped, those types of things. I think good hard physical play should be expected; cheap dirty play...

Agree......not sure anyone really cares the answer to these questions. I think most officials do a good job, they try hard to make the calls on the spot as they see them. Everyone is going to miss one here and there. My pet peeve is the arrogance some have. Go out there, do your job and don't worry ...

Doesn't Peebles have 1 league loss and Manchester 2 (to Peebles and Whiteoak).........seems Peebles would be in first alone for the small school league title at this time.

Most of the crowd will agree with me except the biased ones .........again, don't mean to be negative....great win, always room for improvement. The boys came out fired up and ready to play on a very emotional night. There were obviously a lot of good things but the defense does have to get better.

If there was one negative thing about the night jchitwood, honestly it would be the defense. We got lazy, let guys go right by us for easy layups way too many times, and did a lot of that silly slap them from behind stuff. The defense has got to get a lot better. Great win though!

Easy big guy, wasn't implying they couldn't do it again but as you yourself stated should be a closer better game.

I wouldn't even want to wage a bet on this one. I'd say these 2 teams could play 10 times and it could easily end up 5-5.

Peebles is not the same team as last year either when they handled Fairfield both times easily. Should be a great match up.

Great win for the Lady Indians who seemed to control the game from the get go. The future looks bright indeed for the program especially if the parents will allow the coaches to coach. They should only get better as they continue to learn and mature.
