Re: Jackson @ Logan
I'm not saying any of this was intentional. And I agree, most coaches and administration would have just gone with it since it had no league implecations and tournament draws were complete. I do believe it was a complete accident. The JV officials had no clue nor did Lightfoot. I do know that if th...

Re: Jackson @ Logan
Phil Lightfoot, can't call a game with two other varsity officials. No way should he be allowed to call with two JV officials. I've seen him twice this year, and was talking to a good friend of mine who is an AD in the SHL. He said in no way possible will Lightfoot step back in his gymnasium while ...

The School District that I live in - Has ramdom testing for athletes during the season that they play in. If the test is positive the athlete is suspended for the rest of that season but it also meets that the athlete will be tested for each season that they participate in.

In my years being involved with sports - I have seen coaches that received technical fouls or a fla...

Re: NOT THAT IT MATTERS ?
Please remember - The district Athletic Board is just following rules set down by the OHSAA Boarc of Control. They are also started this when several schools that host the tournaments knowing that some schools have big followings and if they did not clear the gym after the first game or have split s...

Re: SEOAL future?
The rumblings about Logan to MVL - my thought: The move to the MVL for Logan would put them in the same situation as they have right now. The only Division 1 in a league with majority Division 3 and 4 Schools. Right now for the sport of Basketball in the SEOAL : Logan (D1); Chillicothe, Gallia, Jack...

Re: fan behavior???
As an Official that has worked College ball as well as High School, I can tell you I agree with digger's daughter - Every Fan should have to pass the same test and attend the same meetings that officials do before the each season begins. If they don't pass the test - they do not get in the basketbal...
