Re: Week 10 - Portsmouth (2-7) vs Cincinnati Hughes (4-5)
LetsGoPSU: Looks like the staff isn't sticking with him after all, which seems to validate a lot of what has been said on here. HBK: Bob Shaffer? That guy is still coaching? Please tell me you made that up. Trojan_FB_Alum: If you can't win with athletic talent like that, that makes you wonder what i...

Re: Week 10 - Portsmouth (2-7) vs Cincinnati Hughes (4-5)
bleed_blue: While you make a valid point about Clifford's record the last 10 years he coached, you must also keep in mind that he was also watching his daughter die of cancer those last ten years. Yet that didn't stop many from giving him a hard time on here and that is the nature of holding that po...

Re: Week 10 - Portsmouth (2-7) vs Cincinnati Hughes (4-5)
playa_44: 4-16 (or 3-17?) is terrible. Giving a guy 4-5 years to build or rebuild a program is reasonable and if this clown was doing just that you would not see this dissention so early. But, can you say that what you see is building a program? Compare this guy after two years to what we see at Wes...

Re: Week 10 - Portsmouth (2-7) vs Cincinnati Hughes (4-5)
IF, and that is a big if, the Trojans pull of a win tomorrow night that makes us 6-14 in the last two years. Is that what we now deem acceptable for our once heralded program? Not sure about the rest of you, but for this Trojan fan that does not get me excited. 13-7 would be questionable. With the t...

Re: Week 10 - Portsmouth (2-7) vs Cincinnati Hughes (4-5)
trojan59: I don't think it is so much giving up on the guy after two seasons, but it is more so that when things start coming out like playing xbox in the locker room during pregame or putt-putt golf on the field that so many people find it troublesome. People can say what they want about Clifford, ...

trojandave: Have you seen the movie 300 yet? I am not talking about the version with Gerard Butler about the Spartans....it's the one about the number of lonely, loyal fans that show up to every home game at the Coliseum to watch a guy who coaches like his hair is on fire and gets his playbook from ...

Re: Week8 Jackson vs. Portsmouth
PHS football is not at a good place at the present time! No defense at all, offense is hurting, special teams are not so special and coaching is no where to be found, IMO. 1-8 and most likely a loss next weekend as well. People this is not bashing, just the cold hard facts! Not since Apel was coach...

Re: Week8 Jackson vs. Portsmouth
I heard this one ended in another running clock situation for the Men of Troy. The Portsmouth faithful have to be wondering if it is too late to get a refund. I thought someone told me that their new coach was a defense guy?

Re: Portsmouth Trojan's Next Head Football Coach
I've got a deck of cards made up so we can get the full story and try to save the program. By the time we are through with him, Ted will go to the interview dressed like Judas Priest, thus killing his chances to get the job (nobody likes Judas Priest anymore) and perhaps these blasted nightmares wi...

Re: Portsmouth Trojan's Next Head Football Coach
What will he do when he sees the Queen of Diamonds? I think you know who the Queen of Diamonds is. She will stop at nothing short of making sure her will is done. The candidate will become 'super coach' upon entrance into her trance. I've got a deck of cards made up so we can get the full story and...

Re: DV R19 Final: Bucyrus Wynford vs. Lucasville Valley
Hamilton Township is almost exactly halfway, but I hear it is going to be at Thomas Worthington High School. Not looking ahead, but what regions face off in the semi-finals?
