So much for that theory, looks like the writing's on the wall and all the arguing is pointless now......

Re: All-SEOAL
i agree noreply, then the next question is where do these teams look eventually? It seems logical for most SEOAL teams to transition into the SCOL, etc. if for nothing more than geographics and travel, but that leaves Warren odd man out, could they follow Marietta into the ECOL maybe?

Re: Warren vs Circleville at the Convo
Nailed it Blue, seemed as though Warren just couldnt get the mojo going tonite, credit Circleville players for implementing their gameplan handed to them by their coaches as part of the reason, but also credit the Warriors and their staff for getting the job done and moving on, will be interesting t...

Re: All-SEOAL
As in most (public) HS athletics, programs have down yrs. to reset or transition; Jackson fans have been rewarded for multiple seasons with that group of ladies, im sure IO2 or someone has all the #'s on their successes as a team throughout their tenure there; my question is what does the future of ...

Congrats to Athens, sounds like they were clicking on all cylinders today; Lady Warriors basketball will bounce back and be stronger for it in the future; Good Luck to all seniors as well in their future endeavors

Re: Athens (22-1) vs Warren (10-10)
Not sure who the man behind the mask is, but i can assure you all it is not the old Marietta ball coach......Bandit-uve created quite a stir and inquiry as to ur true identity, Zorro would be jealous! Lol

Re: Warren
md2020- the 2 horns were never in question, that much was obvious, the ref calling a VERY quick 5-count on sideline OB play after a TO at scorers table b4 either team left their benches and not allowing a TO with Warren coach screaming in his ear is the issue, followed by him almost giving a 5-count...

Re: Warren
Ala Lee Corso...Not so fast my friend! There's a young group of ladies at Warren who would beg to differ about it being "Logan's Year" next year, but that's for another time and thread, lol

Re: Marietta Tigers
I think I heard someone say it was 1st time Warren had beaten Marietta at home in something like 7-8 yrs., does anyone know the exact time period? That's a loooong time to beat your rival like that

Re: Athens AT Jackson 2/8
I can assure you all that Coach Colgrove (no E) and the Lady Warriors are focused on their next opponent Zane Trace and not Athens; while they did come close to beating them the 1st time in Warren, I think most of them would admit it won't be as easy the 2nd time around due to familiarity and a neut...

Re: Warren
No excuses here, still had chance to stop them and score but couldn't pull through in the end; funny thing about the whole incident is that the ref not only made the quickest 5-count ever, he also wouldn't allow the coach to call TO screaming at the top of her lungs right next to him at scorer's tab...

Re: Warren
Strange, I heard the ball sat on the rim for an hour before it went in, haha (I wasn't there) That's a solid W against a good Marietta team on the road, no time to celebrate though with game @ Logan Sat.

Re: Warren
u guys are on the right track thinking-wise, they lost the top 5 or 6 plyrs from last year, only 2-3 girls returning saw any significant PT, basically they started with an entirely new roster top to bottom, young may be an understatement, just like with any young bball team who had a huge turnover y...

Re: Jackson vs Huntington St Joe
I know its hard to call a loss impressive, but from ur posts Ironman sounds like they (Jackson) held their own tonite; hope both injured Ironladies are ok; from experience (knee,ACL,etc.) in college ball, i cringe when I hear of such injuries! Sounds like fireworks were going off in Jackson gym toni...

Re: Zane Trace Sectional
Not saying SOS should be only criteria, but it should weigh more than it does; "SCOL has 4 out of 9 votes" says all u need to know, find one more vote and Jackson....thanks for playing but no thanks...enjoy the #2 spot; it happens everywhere, not just SEO; develop a ranking system and forc...
