Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #2
Unioto scrimmaged Ironton, Portsmouth, Northridge, Vinton County, and Athens. The Athens scrimmage was played with 4-8 minute quarters with licensed officials and with both coaches playing normal lineups. I hate to see two schools I love bicker back and forth. Friday should be an exciting atmosphere...

Re: Svc poll
It comes down to 3 teams
Adena
Piketon
Westfall
Zt is to inconsistent to win it all
Huntington, Southeastern, and Unioto could beat anyone on any nite as well.

Re: Unioto Shermans
Just like in football, there isn't a lot of talent at Unioto right now. They only have 3, maybe 4, players that I reckonize to have a lot of varsity expierence. You arent going to have a great start with that little expierence. Look at the SVC teams they have played and there expierence. Adena, West...

Teams to Watch For
I'm looking at making a top 5 or 10 for the girls(like pfloyd does for the boys) and I'm looking for some insight from around the district. I know of the Northwestern part(Chillicothe, Court House) so I'll need help in other areas. Please give some information, don't just say, Southern is going to b...

Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio - Preseason
I like it.
Look for Peebles to jump into the Top 8 pretty early in the season.
Waverly will be a team to watch for by the end of the season. One outstanding player per grade, a good coaching staff, and some very good athletes to go along with the big 4.

Re: 3rd Annual Chillicothe Hoops Showcase
Good scouting chance for a lot of teams, but I don't see any big matchups this year.
Maybe the Central/Tri Valley game, but I'm not sure how Central is.
North College Hill lost Butler, but still has a couple of decent players(Cobb, Pruitt) so that's your big matchup right there.

Re: TOP FRESHMEN TEAM IN SVC?
Unioto won the tournament
As far as teams, look for whoever doesn't send players up the JV to win the league. Most of the better players will be up on JV or varsity, so the best of that second level players will dominate.
