I too heard of Coach Phillips' decision. You can question any coaches Xs and Os but he and his staff sure brought the worst program in So. Ohio very far with talented players. He took over when no one wanted the job because of the work that lied ahead for them. I wish Coach Phillips the best of luck...

Xs and Os-wise Donny will do just fine. He is a very good strategy (sometimes overthinks things) coach with a ton of knowledge of the game. However, he has about as much tact as a bull in a china shop when it comes to anyone questioning his moves. It will be interesting to see how he handles PR at Z...
