Not sure why you would go that far back to reference the coach who encouraged specialization, I'm not sure everyone would have known who you had in mind.

The decision is ultimately up to the young man and the people close to him. Coach Estep does not encourage kids to specialize. He played all 3 sports in highschool and still got a full ride to osu,I would think that would be a good example that you can do more than 1 sport and still go onto to play...

I don't think I would get too crazy burnt pirate. Banners will come with a lot of hard work, not sure burg kids are in favor of hard work, not too many kids are these days. Kids are soft and too many parents dont understand

Playing behind him allows him to keep backing down until he gets the position that he wants anyway. I cant imagine the people in Minford are very happy. Im sure the people behind the scenes felt like they had everything they needed to dominate this year. Maybe they can work some magic and get things the way they want it. I think those coaches will figure it all out.
