Valley 7th grade was very impressive. They overpowered the Notre DAme 7th grade in all areas. I look for them to not lose many games, if any at all. Very good group of girls. Valley 7th grade is tough, probably one of the better 7th grades I've ever seen take the court. They will have a great season!

Looking for 7/8th grade girls basketball games/scrimmages.

Just putting this out there for the local coaches who may be interested. We could possibly do something like this on a more local level. Could play the last 2 scheduled home and away games, this would allow each team to get a proper Sr night, and many other things.... I'm sure we could figure it out...

Hopefully Ohio will follow suit and just declare it (suspended) until school resumes. I believe I seen KY done something similar to this but cannot hold prac/games with a paid coach until school resumes

Burg will dominate for the next few yrs. The talent pool there is just too deep. And with a great feeder system, will be tough to get around them. There is always politics involved.. but, looking at not necessarily soc2, but just our general area on a map.. we have one of the if not the best area for softball in the state. Sure there are better teams throughout state, but from top to bottom.. it's hard to beat teams from SE Ohio

Nw 6 @ westfall 8 was a great game to watch. Westfall had 2, 2 run hr in the same inning. Went up 8-3, NW battled back, just couldn't close the gap

Mistakes do happen, kind of like the title of this thread "soprts". However, I am glad to see them covering these kids. Love seeing all the talent our area has to offer. This group of kids, in my eyes, have definitely raised the bar for future generations.
