Sorry for lack of updates. My phone decided to die. Eastern over Northwest 65-35. It was a close game until Eastern outscored the Mohawks 24-6 in the 3rd quarter. Grady Barber had an absolute ludicrous 1 minute of basketball ( unofficial) 8 points, and 2 or 3 steals, and an assist. ( i need to rewat...

Not sure about Grady Barber total points. I would guess approaching 800 with senior year left to go. I will check on this.

Prayers for everyone's safety. Here on the Wdstern edge we got hit by about a 2-3 inches of snow ambush and 40 mph gusts. Adams County was on a level 2 snow emergency while simultaneously having roads closed for flooding. Not sure if the level 1 for Brown County expired. Really odd weather.

I will be careful. as an Eastern kid we were always in the Southwest until the late 90's. I always loved going to Indian Hill, Madeira, and Sycamore. But I enjoy the atmosphere of the Southeast District so much more. It will be fun to revisiting the venues of my youth.

Last game of the regular season. CCD is the #2 in Southwest Div. 6. The Warriors are 6 seed in a brutal D5 Southeast. Should be a great tourney tune-up for both squads. Making the trip to Indian Hill..will post some notes later.

There was a Waverly fan/parent ejected last night at Eastern Brown vs Waverly. I had not thought about it, but I cannot remember the last time I have seen this happen. Whatever the lady said the ref was VERY quick on the toss.
