I work with a guy who has a kid on that team. He said they had 5 serious injuries in the past 12 months. 2 are plying but not 100% healthy, the other 3 may be out for the season ( 1 definitely is with an acl). I watched them play a few times this year and from what I can tell they have a handful of sophomores playing varsity. Their QB is one and has a strong arm and some mobility. I think the rest of their offensive skill positions are seniors. On defense it looked like an equal mix of the 3 upper classes...

They are extremely undersized on both sides of the line. The expectation is 5 wins, but they will be lucky if they win 3. Ouch! This didn’t age well! Logan Elm is playing fantastic. They still have a few tough games left but they could surprise someone in the playoffs if they get the right matchup.

Bloom was up 16-14 at half, le didn’t score in the 3rd.

A freshman for LE who also plays varsity was taken to the hospital with a nasty leg injury in the JV game. Prayers for him and his family.

Teays valley takes down Logan elm 57-42. Logan elm led at the half, but didn’t have enough depth to hold on.

Bloom Carroll returns everyone and should be the favorite for msl buckeye. Only competiton will be Logan elm, who lost a lot of talent but has a few strong juniors that could make them interesting. Also hearing Logan elm has some talented freshmen.
