They definitely can, they just need to find ways to open up the playbook more. If they can do that, Portsmouth could have a great year in 2024!

Portsmouth could absolutely make a run for the conference title, only graduating 3 with Heiland returning and both Williams boys, the Trojans just need to develop more offensive weapons to open the playbook and continue to improve on the defense.

I think they will be good next year but after next year they lose a ton. Heiland, the older Williams, boren to name a few. The Trojans have been on a positive trend for many years now, this years team was young and is returning a lot. I think the Trojans could take the OVC this year competing closely with Fairland and Gallia. Thoughts?
