RV has a lot of returning players and from I’ve seen 20+ kids playing this year that refused to play for the last head coach who could make a huge difference. Definitely still a work in progress but the new coaches have them working hard this offseason.

McAvena is head coach. Rob has them in the gym every day. From the looks of it they’re both drill Sargents! Should be a huge turn around from Cooper

Yes. McAvena runs a tight ship and Rob runs a good weight room. Raiders are in good hands.

I hear McAvena is interim head coach. Kids are still lifting every week with coach Rob
