Its hard to believe that this is the same PV team that looked pretty bad last year. Kudos to the coaching staff for turning things around. This will be a close game and I have to take the Cats 26-20.

Wellston should get the win here, Alexander is not good.

SE wins this pretty easy but I think they drop the next 3 games.

A few months ago I questioned the reasoning by Trimble for scheduling this game, I thought that it would not be a winnable game for the Tomcats. Turns out that Trimble is better than I thought they would be and CHCA is not the juggernaut I envisioned. Win or lose kudos to Trimble for making this game.

I watched Piketon practicing yesterday as I got to the field early for the Jr. High game, I have a hard time believing that the streaks can beat PV. I predict a 40-14 type of score.

Its a shame that NC plays such a tough schedule, I am pretty sure that they are one of the 3 best teams in R23. I see 3 more losses for them and 5-5 is not gonna get them enough comp. pts. to get in the top 8.

Good win for PV but unfortunately Africentric will not provide any level 2 computer pts. for the cats. I looked at their schedule and I just don't see any wins for them going forward, 0-10 is most likely.

Like coop said, Tol. CC is a large school power. Hartley will be bigger & stronger at almost every position than Burg, I will be shocked if Hartley doesn't win by 20+.

SE wins this game if they spread it out and get away from the wing T, yes it won them 11 games last year but the personnel is different this year and Ruby is the only big play guy they have.

Hopefully the Africentric QB last year was a senior, we had a heck of a time catching and tackling that guy. I think this PV team is a bit quicker and more athletic than last year's squad, if this game is a nail biter it may be just a 4 or 5 win season for the cats.

Southeastern will not make the playoffs this year, Ruby is electric but he will be pretty much a one man show. Losing the other 2 playmakers to graduation really hurts this offense and I doubt that whoever gets plugged into those spots are close to their speed/athleticism. I got them at 5-5.

Any truth to the rumor that Wheelersburg may be moved to D4 this year after all? They were only 6 from D4 on this last recount. Was told that a player last year was on the team and was counted as an in district player when in fact they lived out of district. That would still be 4 from the cutoff so...

SE will drop off considerably, pretty much a one man show with Ruby left,Ruby right, Ruby up the middle. U and ZT have to be the favorites, if the fastest athlete in the SVC(Ison) plays this season after taking a year off I say PV will be much improved.
