In tonight’s Chillicothe/Hillsboro game, HHS blocked a field goal in overtime and ran it back for a TD. The refs ruled the ball didn’t cross the line of scrimmage, so the score didn’t count. Yep, Cooper gutted it out tonight, but he was obviously hobbled. Takes away of ton of options not having him at full strength.
