Re: (2-0) Green @ (2-0) East (non-conference game)
Hey fbnut....Crager visited UC Thursday, is visiting UK today, has been invited by the Bucks to attend the OSU-Neb. game...yeah, you're right, bad choice. Team has HOSTED playoff games 3 out of last five years, yeah right, bad choice. lives in a VERY supportive community and his family doesnt shop ...

Re: (2-0) Green @ (2-0) East (non-conference game)
East 40 Green 20 Crager goes over 1000 yds in only the third game of the season and Bradford got over 100 tonight. I don't understand why a kid as talented as crager would want to stay at east and play teams like green. This is by far THE most ignorant comment I've ever seen on here. There's obviou...

Re: WEEK 1 PLAYER OF THE WEEK
So when you look at the REAL numbers you've got a player rushing for a little under 10 yards per carry against a subpar South Galia team, or a player rushing for somewhere around 5.5 yards per carry while adding an outstanding defensive effort against a much better football team. South Galia had a ...

Re: WEEK 1 PLAYER OF THE WEEK
NY's Defense vs South Gallia's Defense. I watched Coal Grove's JV move the ball on S.G. starting defense. Not to take anything away from the kid but you have to know NY would beat S.G. 150-0. Sounds like both kids had great games but know the competition. I'll go with Standley easy. Point taken, ho...

Re: WEEK 1 PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Craiger averaged almost 20 yards per carry to Standley's 5.5 ypc and Craiger had 2 more TD's. Not taking anything away from the kid from Trimble, but these stats arent even comparable! Craiger all the way. I agree 100%! As for on the defensive side, I don't know exactly how many tackles/sacks that ...

Re: D VI R23 Qtrs: Beallsville (8-2) at Sciotoville East (7-
When I was a little boy we attended all of Sciotovilles games. One of my earliest memories is sitting on the lap of a family friend who would cover me with his big overcoat as I watched “men†who were larger than life. Superman didn’t hold a candle to Morris Gullion. Allen Lee was the biggest...

but on the bright side they get to play in a very nice complex . Too bad they can't play in the dilapidated and crumbling old spartan stadium. Why are you even still here, White? Your team got their butt's handed to them last week and you still continue to make an a** of yourself. Are you really th...

Re: Week 10: Notre Dame @ Sciotoville East
congrats to East , they earned it. Crager at the QB spot was outstanding. In the 2nd half they just snapped it to him and he picked a spot. Wish the refs would have let both teams play , it was a flag fest that really disrupted the flow of the game. flag on every play both ways. made for a ugly gam...

Re: Week 10: Notre Dame @ Sciotoville East
Not gonna predict a score, but a will say the team who executes well and has the least tuenovers will win this game. As is pretty much any game. East week is always my favorite game to watch for it is two small teams playing smashmouth football for 4 quaters. IMO thats what Southern Ohio football i...

Re: Week 10: Notre Dame @ Sciotoville East
I will unapologetically admit my bias for the Tartans. My bias in on several levels, not the least of which is the fact that I am alumnus of Sciotoville Community School (even though it went by a different name at the time). I live out of state so I was only able to attend one game this year. It al...

Re: Franklin Furnace Green @ Sciotoville East
IT'S HARD FOR 11 MEN TOO COMPETE WITH 15 THAT WAS THE WORST OFFICIATING I HAVE SEEN IN ALONG TIME, THEIR FLAGS SEEMED TO FALL AT THE RIGHT TIME TOO GIVE EAST 3 SCORES. THEY BETTER HOPE THEY DRAW THE SAME BUNCH, OR ND WILL RUN ALL OVER THEM. Hahaha So you're saying that the only reason that East won...

Re: Week 9: Notre Dame (7-1) at Symmes Valley (7-1)
Man, ya skip one night on here and look what ya miss. ND fans, as fans at many other schools, are passionate about their team. We take pride in our team and will stand behind them no matter what. Most teams know there is typically a 1-2 touchdown advantage to SV just getting off of the bus there, t...

Re: Week 9: Notre Dame (7-1) at Symmes Valley (7-1)
If you had read my statement you would see that I said SV won fair and square & in no way, shape or form did the officiating affect the outcome of the game. SV is the better team, I'm just saying he always seems to be officiating when ND comes out there. Can I ask a serious question; does anyon...

Re: Week 10: Notre Dame @ Sciotoville East
I definitely see a high scoring game and I think it could come down to who has the ball last. ND always fields a team with class as does East under coach G. I'm pulling for my Tartans but I cannot predict a winner or a score. Let's try and keep this thread as classy and well spirited as the game on ...

Re: Franklin Furnace Green @ Sciotoville East
No upset, Tartans roll big time, 48-21. green scores in 4th against 2nd squad. Belveal over 200 yards again, Craiger close to if not over, 100. GO BLUE!!! Actually, after 1 qtr it was 16-13 East. You are trying to imply that Green scored 21 pts off the weenies in the 4th. Did you even go to the gam...

Re: Week 9: Notre Dame (7-1) at Symmes Valley (7-1)
SV completely won fair and square...they have a great team, classy players, and I wish them the best of luck the rest of the season. But what is with that 550 pound ref working every Symmes Valley game? Is he president of the school board or what? In no way am I saying he lost the game for ND but h...

Re: Franklin Furnace Green @ Sciotoville East
Belveal and Crager will be too much for Green to handle. Along with great blocking up front.
