Re: Who Will Win The Soc II In 2008?????

I agree the SOCII will be wide open. I also agree that it doesn't do a thing to get on here and argue about what has happened in the past. That i s history. We are now talking about this coming season, everybody wants their team to be good. With that said, West will be better this coming year becaus...

Re: Who Will Win The Soc II In 2008?????

West will return alot of seniors that has been playing since sophomore year in 2008. Experience helps a bunch. Lester, Sparks, Weber, Swords, Perry, Journey, Bricker, Morgan,Vangundy are some of the names you should here alot from this year. I might have skipped a name or two. Not intentionally, the...

This should be a good year for West. I think the experience of the linebackers and corners for the Senators will definitely be a factor for the team. I also think the Lang kid for Burg and the Malone and Oesch for Minford will make for some good play for 2008. Can't wait until some of the passing ca...

Travis Perry and Trevon Pendleton are cousins also. They have been looking forward to playing on the same field together for a long time. Hope for an injury free season for them this year. They both started last year with broken thumbs which they had to wear playing casts for the lst 3 games. They p...

I'm not saying West will go 10-0. I do know we only lost a few seniors this 2007 season, and we will be more competitive with what we have coming back. As far as dealing with a home field advantage in the playoffs, that is definitely too far to think about. It is the top 4 in your region in week 11....

It's hard to believe it is the last week in January already. Summer passing camps will be here in about 6mos. I think West will participating in some this year. This will show how our pass defense and offense will be. I'm thinking it should be very good. Can't wait to see, especially after a year of...

That lineup looks pretty close to what it will be. Have to see who wants it the most. There will be some good competition for positions, so if there is some that is not coming to weight lifting right now they may be left out in the cold. Now is when it is won. If they are not playing basketball they...

Alot of the seniors returning have started since they were sophomores. Experience definitely helps. Come this August we should see a big change from last year, especially with the coach/player relationship. He knows all the kids now. Should be interesting this season. Go West!!!!!!!!!!!
