Re: Week #8 Gallia at Warren
Bevo, I have never understood why Warren has not been one of the better programs in football, you look at any boys sport and they are athletic kids. I know the emphasis has always been roundball, but when they figure out the coaching thing over there, I think they will be onto something. Just been ...

Re: What changes would you like you team to make?
Warren football community should be in a total uproar. The product they put on the field every year is a disgrace. If they treated the basketball program like this, I bet people would wise up. The entire situation is a joke. Unfortunately the kids end up looking like a joke on the field when it is b...

Re: Warren Job
anyone know how things are going? Has the new coach been able to pick up the pieces and motivate the kids? Like I said before, Warren has athletes. Football program needs to tap into them somehow.

Re: Warren Job
Agreed. Problem is they absolutely refuse to hire someone who could change the culture. Heard they had a good younger candidate from a succesful program interview twice. Was wanting to invest from biddy on up and be around for a while. Decided not to hire him and no one knows why, other than it poss...

Re: Warren Job
I am assuming by the lack of posts, either positive or negative, that many people have given up caring who they hired. Sad.

Re: New Marietta Coach
Easy with the sensitivity. The reference to finding a coach in this case was pertaining to Warren's situation, not Marietta's.

Re: New Marietta Coach
I know it is late in the game, but coaches have been hired in June and July before. Is this ideal? No. Is the sky falling? I don't believe so.

Re: Warren Job
That is a great question.....one that the Warren community will have to answer. How does the community answer? Clearly the best way is to vote for your desired school board members....along those lines, participating (in a respectful and dignified manner) in school board meetings. The most successfu...

Re: Warren Job
That's the $6,500 (coaching stipend) or $35-$40,000 (teaching and coaching position) question!!!!!!!!! of which no one seems to know, even administration. Seems like it is one of those deals where there aren't many typical teaching jobs for coaches (Phys. Ed., ISS, etc.) so it's either hire someone ...

Re: Warren Job
what I don't like is that people post crap on here with not viable information. So fish from alexander was at lifting? what the hell does that mean? no one has a name for this guy or knows if he teaches, or will teach, or anything. gather info first then make an intelligent post
