Re: Gallia Acad 0-2 @ Washington CH 0-2
Still haven't found any identity on offense and honestly I don't think they will---Need to start getting younger kids more playing time once the outcome is clear.--Need to start building for the future---

Re: Week 2: Gallia Academy @ River Valley
For RV to win they need to avoid giving GA the ball on short field---make them put together long drives for points---Avoid costly penalties and contain the QB For GA to win they need to open up the playbook and find ways to spread the ball around---stop getting late hit and unsportsmanlike penalties...

Re: wk1 Gallia Acadamy at Meigs
If the freshman QB can distribute the ball and manage a short passing game he wouldn't need to be a great runner. Carter is a great runner but nothing special as a passer and is probably throws the deep ball better than the shorter stuff but the o-line seldom protects long enough for long routes to ...

Re: wk1 Gallia Acadamy at Meigs
Doesn't matter what offense they run if they can cut down on penalties. 10 penalties for almost 120 yards killed offense and defense. Offense was opened up a little more this week but your right no way we can have QB run ball on about 55% of snaps. Not sure they have a running back to hand the ball...

Re: wk1 Gallia Acadamy at Meigs
GAHS needs to find a running back who can take some of the work load off of the QB. 10 runs hard but seems to lack vision and isn't going to make defenders miss him very often. Way too many plays starting and ending with the ball in the QB's hands. Not very hard to defend a zone read style running p...

Re: South Gallia @ Gallia Academy Saturday 12/13
South Gallia should have sold out to stop the points in the paint---Gallia Academy can't score from the floor at all ---could have been a different game if they would have done a better job shutting down the underneath stuff

Re: Week 7--Portsmouth at Gallipolis
This coaching staff at GAHS needs to be given some credit. The talent is way down right now and they have almost no depth at all. If they don't win another game this season they have still done pretty well with what they were working with. Fans need to be realistic and give these coaches a chance. T...

Re: Week 5--Gallipolis at Pt. Pleasant
Logan Locos just updated the SEOAL website and I was able to look at Gahs"s roster. The numbers tell the story, 8 sr, 11jr, 4 soph, 11 fresh.... numbers may be off some but the future doesn't lool very bright.... If everyone returns next year we would only have 25 upper classmen which translat...

Re: Week 5--Gallipolis at Pt. Pleasant
Being one of the top teams in WV doesn't always translate to success against teams from Ohio but this not even an average GAHS team. Pt. Pleasant will win easily.

Re: Week 3--Gallipolis at Fairland
This one could be interesting if the Blue Devil defense can keep the scoring down. In the end I think the Fairland offense will out score the Blue Devils and come away with a win something like 35-21

Re: Wk2 Gallia academy(0-1) vs Chesapeake(0-1)
I think we should hold off before we call this the worst team in 30 years and that we kept the wrong coach. Most people have saw our starters on the field for a half against Wheelersburg and a half against Athens. Does anyone have much doubt that not only our both of these team playoff teams but ou...

Re: Wk2 Gallia academy(0-1) vs Chesapeake(0-1)
Gallipolis' speed wins this one Gallia only has average speed and struggles to get the ball into the hands of the players with most speed. I don't know anything about Chesapeake but I have a hard time believing the are worse than Gallia. It's been 30+ years since a Gallia team has looked this bad I...

Re: Wk2 Gallia academy(0-1) vs Chesapeake(0-1)
The GA offense is still looking for an identity, the passing game is basically nonexistent. Need to find a way to distribute the ball to backs and receivers. Can't count on QB keepers to get the job done. If I am Chesapeake I sell out to stop the run, especially the QB keepers and make GA prove they...
