I looked on calpreps, only reasonable way we have of judging other than opinions and team loyalties lol. Preps had it at 2014 Athens 35 and 2017 Burg 34. No idea exactly how accurate this projection would actually be but what else is there?

I disagree, Athens was a great team, they maybe would of won but no way I see them smashing this Burg team with that defense they had.

So many players had a huge night.. Xander, Donini, Mathews, Lowery, Keeney, Parsley.. etc.. etc.. But as much as I’d love to see a senior get the nod you have to admire Salyers for playing on a freaking broken leg. JMO and any player who gets it deserves it.

Heart... can’t teach it, can’t steal it, can’t buy it... that’s the word that stayed in my head this whole game.. and I’m applying that word to both teams. Absolutely epic battle!!
