He played in the Ashland game . I heard he quit but who knows. If he hurt his back he needs to not come back until it heals. Back and head injuries are not one to take lightly.

Bait has had a few too many head injuries so his post count is high due to a lot of repeat posts.

Hate to hear Dino could be lost for the year. That would sum up the season though, this far. Ironton even without him could probably win the OVC. Give the ball to Desmond Young, block up front. Young is due back and Palladino is out.

I heard two stories on Desmond; one was heat exhaustion and the other was a pretty serious concussion.

Supposedly all injured parties will be dressed and ready to play Saturday.

Heard all OVC games will have a 7:00 start time.

I was at practice Wednesday and counted 40. I also counted 13 Freshmen but there could have been some running plays with the varsity. Not saying there aren't 48 out but they sure weren't dressed. I like Ironton's chances of making it to the Regionals. Took down Wheelersburg once and I see no reason why they cannot do it again. Hopeful for a better start to the game than against Valley.
