Re: wk1 Alexander at Federal Hocking
Alexander will roll. Possibly even running clock in the second half. Even if the Fed Hock boys hang in there for a while they won't have enough in the tank for a whole game.

Re: wk1 Gallia Acadamy at Meigs
Going with Meigs in this one. Gallia Academy is very weakened right now, low on talent. Loss of key player. In-fighting and turmoil. Meigs seems to at least be banding together.

Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
Going with the Cats in this one. I do believe that the Glouster energy in The Sty will power up the Tomcats and they will feed off of that. Trimble D-line is not looking too tough though, matched up against a pretty terrible NY offensive line, and you could have complete madness on the field. LOL!! ...

Re: 2015 Logan @ Athens
Paladin year after year just trashes Athens, lol. Even the whole way to the Shoe last year. Fun to watch you rifle off terrible predictions though. Truth is that Athens lost a ton of Seniors, but that doesn't mean that talent doesn't remain. They have 3 returning offense and 3 returning defense. How...

Re: Way to early look at the 2015 Logan Chieftains
Indeed, Athens graduated a lot of talent. But a lot of talent remains. And remember how much playing time all of the second stringers got last year when Athens took their varsity out in almost every regular season game after halftime, with the exception of a few games. That was great experience for ...

Re: 2015 Logan @ Athens
Athens had a 7 on 7 this past Saturday with Belpre, Philo, and one other team that just slipped my mind. They will be traveling to Bloom for a 7 on 7 and to Capital for another next weekend.

Re: #4 Athens (12-0) vs #7 DeSales (10-2)
The best QB's in the land are drop back passer guys. Sure, in the NFL and at some college teams running a pro-style offense, but the dual threat is the predominantly recruited type. Burrow can run in a jam, but he's not any kind of speed guy. TV showed they could contain him to a degree with pressu...

Re: #4 Athens (11-0) vs #1 Tri Valley (11-0) - week 12
Tri-Valley only lost one real impact player from last year, and added about 10 more. I believe that they are the more improved team in this match-up. If they play like they did the first 10 games of the year, they will win by 2 TDs. If they play like they did against New Philly, Athens will win by ...

Re: Gibson Going to OSU
He has skills but not to be an Ohio State Quarterback. To much pressure on the staff with Barrett and now Gibson. Indiana, Northwestern or Penn State would be better chance. Your posts are worthless at best......... Please do us all a favor and go away. Glad to see I am not the only one you hate on...

Re: Athens (10-0) vs Granville (8-2) - Week 11
Granville is starting several freshmen in some key positions. That is quite impressive. I look for the twins for Athens to get a lot of looks because of their height, I think the Granville corners are "smaller". The linebacker core is supposed to be a force to be reckoned with for Granville.

Re: Week 11. #7 Symmes Valley @ #2 Trimble
Interesting, I hadn't heard any of this. I tend to agree that playing at home has advantages, regardless of the field condition. Moving to another venue could only serve to benefits Symmes which would take away the advantage of home field that Trimble had fought hard to win.

Re: Gibson Going to OSU
I had heard rumor that Joe was looking at Auburn as well, though he says he's not. I would LOVE to be able to watch this young man play football close to home in Athens for OU. But I think he is made for bigger things. Time will tell I guess.
