in football you pack on the pounds but you lift with it making it muscle. in wrestling you cut of the fat so i dont think there is any problem with it. It can be taken to far making it unhealthy but theres not many kids who couldnt use to loss 10 extra pounds.

Nelsonville always starts out slow and start wrestling better as the season gos along. I really hate to see such low numbers being a problem again since having almost 2 full rosters when i was in school. Does practice start next monday??

With the young kids coming up, next year nelsonville will return to it dominance over the tvc it has seen in the in the past few years. i think the weak spots in nelsonvilles lineup will hurt them to much so there may or may not be a 6th straight tvc title.

oh yes 4sporter ive also been in gyms with a singlet on and its felt cold enough to snow and hail and ive wrestled on mats that seem like they've washed them with a bucket a mud. not to mention glitter from cheerleaders.. lol no seriously glitter. Tball you know what im talking about here.

yeah actually tric would know a little about that from experience just from the past couple of years believe it or not...... its really hard to measure how much "heart" a sport takes. really if you think about it how much heart a sport takes depends on how much you are willing to put into ...
