Thats not Smith's fault...he does everything that he is asked to do plus some...he sat out a few quarters too

Smith got it and no Co-MVPs cause it is an individual award given to the player with the best stats...which is Smith...makes sense to me

Its safe to say that Eastern is going to be really good this year...they only lost 2 (neither of which were starters)...they have tons of talent returning

Just an update: Meigs QB Jacob Well is within 50 yards of setting the career passing yards at Meigs...Keep in mind, he has only been the starting QB for 2 years (he was a reciever the previous 2 years)...the previous record was set by a 3 year starter with many more attempts that Well He is a specia...

On a side note...Jacob Well is very close to breaking the career passing yardage record for Meigs high school...can definitly be accomplished against Belpre

wasnt at the game...but i find it hard to see how wellston could recover a fumble that went "throught the qb's legs" while Meigs was in the V formation, since there are 3 in the backfield in this formation...

Hope Meigs come out fresh...you never know after an hour and a half+ bus ride..
but I'm sticking with Meigs and their passing attack to put up winning numbers
