it wouldn't be like fairland to hire a long term coach, not anymore at least. i know they passed over coach lucas a couple years ago for coach wilcoxin, even though i'm not complaining, but i'm sure he would've been a long term coach again. i wish all the best to the team but it'll be up to the team...
