Look at the seedings since 2006. History of this sectional doesn't lie. Same thing, just different year.

Re: South Webster @ Symmes Valley 5/13 (thursday)
I think the issue with seeding is that both Symmes and South Webster had more wins than everyone else. Symmes had the least amount of losses of all sectional teams. S. Webster had split with southern and beat st joe (who had lost 3 other games to schools of the SOC). But it doesn't matter now. Play ...

Re: South Webster vs Notre Dame 5/20 @ Rio
It doesn't matter who "should" win, the only thing that matters is who shows up, plays hard, hits the ball, and scores more runs. That team will win. Not sure if this is right, but was told that Brock could be back in time to play next thursday. Either way, I hope it is nothing to serious....
I'm not insinuating anything, I'm saying take all the top hitters and but their numbers out there, what team they played and who pitched for that team when they played. That is the only way you really can compare the players. Why would this make anyone mad?
...

Re: Former Wheelersburg player transfers to Mountain State
I agree that it could have an influence from those certain schools that had it happen to them. But not each DI school would say, "3 years ago a different kid transferred from somewhere, so we shouldn't recruit anyone from that school". If you have talent and they are interested in you, the...

Re: SOC Awards
They aren't usually announced until after the season or after each team is eliminated from tournament. I read before, that they wait to release them after teams are all eliminated so that PLAYER A isn't upset because PLAYER B got 1st team and he got nothing. Which I understand, but would stink if on...

Re: Clay @ Whiteoak 5/13 sectional game
Going to have to give the edge to Whiteoak. Solid club that doesn't make mistakes. Plus, they will be at home for this one.
I will be rooting for the SOC though, so good luck Clay, prove me wrong!!!!

Re: When a team is late?????
Bus issues are not controlled by coaches or players. I think you give them enough time to warm up. Especially a pitcher, no need to hurt someone's arm. Wait an extra 15 minutes and then play. If the bus is late, plus traffic is bad, or construction on the way slows you down, that is out of the coach...

Re: Southeast District Division IV (East)
It does matter to the kids of those teams who worked hard to get the wins (14) and deserve some respect during the seeding. Sure, the tournament is about winning and moving on. The seeding process is to reward those who have played their games and won!

Re: Southeast District Division IV (East)
WOW, WOW!! Maybe it is time to look at the fairness to this seeding process. Symmes and Webster got the screws put to them. Not real fair to the kids on those teams. Way to go coaches!!! Reward those who don't deserve it!!! Great job!

Re: Southeast District DIV (West)
I haven't seen much on Fairfield or Manchester. I'd say N.D., Green, and Whiteoak will compete for the top 3 seeds, UNLESS Fairfield or Manchester have a really good team. I believe N.D. is 11-5, Green is around 10-9 and Whiteoak should be around that mark too.

93bulldog, good job with the list. I for one appreciate your hard work.
Also, South Webster is 14-7 now. They will not play again this week due to prom.

Re: Southeast District Division IV (East)
I'm interested to see how the pairings come out for tournament, but my guess of the 4 who will come out of this sectional for districts are: Eastern (Reedsville), Southern, Symmes Valley, and South Webster. Even though these are the teams I pick to win sectionals, I think the last couple of years a ...
