Wheelersburg has an excellent offensive line and that is where they will beat Portsmouth....The Burg has SOO MANY skill backs that they would have to pretty much beat themselves, if they all come together and the backs who aren't getting the ball get their blocks then most teams will have trouble ha...

The Burg has another passing scrimmage July 9th at Chillicothe. The previous passing scrimmage was between Wheelersburg and Coal Grove, The passing scrimmage on the 9th at Chilicothe will have 8 teams competing, and from what i've heard, a pretty competitive day.....I mite just have to check it out

Gonna hafta disagree with you callmespidy, that group of ironton juniors are very talented, but they havent beat Wheelersburg since the junior high days, so until Ironton knocks the Burg Juniors off the top of the hill, i would have to say they are the best....and they work very hard too

Wheelersburgs Trio, #21 C.J. Adkins, #5 Scott Walker, and #22 Tyler Craigmiles, all are fast and offensive threats, and not to mention that they make up a Nasty quick D-Line. They all started on the D-line as sophmores as well.

There couldn't have been a better choice for a coach. Coach Woodward is a defensive mastermind. Look for burg to come out very physical and in shape in the 08 season. If the burg even loses one game it won't be to Ironton. I can't help myself either. See you sooner than you'd like Ironton hahah
