I think most coaches bail now days when the talent is gone and will be gone for the next three or four years. Maybe its just me but if you make a committment to play on a team you should be there no matter what for practice and for games. The Nelsonville boys played last night even though it was spring break. The girls on that softball team should have been there to honor their committment they made to play.
