Talked to one of the coaches last night and he said Athens has a very good ball club this year.

Not to sound to harsh, but why would Prater transfer to Wellston. His class at Vinton is pretty good. He will really help out that 9th grade class. They struggled in all sports this year. First Chad comes from a Crooksville team that played in the MVL. They were the smallest school and played a very tough schedule. Its hard to judge some one no matter how good a coach they are when playing in a league as the MVL. Give him a chance he will produce.

I know Nelsonville York beat Meigs twice this year. Who was there other loss to? Did they play Athens or Vinton?

Was told last night the Bucks beat Fed Hock 52-25. They now play Vinton for the Championship. Both teams split this year. Vikes won at Nelsonville and the Bucks won at Vinton.

Nice job Dogs. I think this is the best team in the area.
Talked to some Nelsonville 8th grade parents last night. They beat Vinton at Vinton by 5pts. Said they finished the year at 11-3. 2 losses to Athens and 1 to Vinton.

I have a question regarding steriods and pitching. I understand how some one using steriods can hit more home runs. However pitching and steriods I don't know. Its not like he went from throwing 94mph to 102.
What advantages would he have if he had taken roids?

Both teams had a great season. Any time you can finish undefeated you must have done something right. I'm sure Trimble did improve Coach Hardy has done a great job with those kids.
