Lancaster has always had their meet the same week of the season. Rio used to always have their meet the first week of Oct. but they moved it a few years back. I know Wheelersburg goes to Lancaster because Rio charges so much, they cant fit it into their budget.

One of the Burg parents had 101 degrees at Hillsboro when the boys ran. It was getting so hot they combined the varsity and jv races to get it over with. Does anyone know how short Western was?

My understanding of what happened is cones were moved after the first boys race, by perhaps a meet official (maybe thought the hs was done) to make it look like they were supposed to follow the jr. high race.
