Re: Top D4 Girls team in SE Ohio? Who is it?
bootleg you seem to a burr in the backside for ND, no one was bragging up ND schedule , why are you questioning it ? UPI34 is not even a ND person and I'm pretty sure you know that. whatever , see on the field soon enough-- maybe I don't know who your team is . don't care either. MD Not ND's backsi...

Re: Why was Waverly @ NW cancelled tonight?
you mean without any complaints , except for 'Bastongne" blasting ND in the above thread. FWIW the clay game you mentioned on April 8th was never on the schedule our coach passed out 4-5 weeks ago. not like a last minute cancellation of Waverly - NW. black panther reported they practiced. Don'...

Re: Top D4 Girls team in SE Ohio? Who is it?
Problem is with the rain outs the league games have to be rescheduled and many of the "outside" games get cancelled...last I saw Clay had yet to play a team with a winning record... As MD would say ""TROLL ALERT"" . Just out of curiousity , How many teams has ND played...

Re: Why was Waverly @ NW cancelled tonight?
are you stupid enough to suggest playing the game that will decide the league championship without all your players ? this thread is about cancelling games that are on the schedule , not debating some game that WAS NOT on anyone's schedule. troll alert . Once again, open mouth and insert foot -- ND...

Re: who is playing on sat ? Scores ?
They leave the right hand lane open on 23 for through traffic traveling southbound. No excuse not to be there on time. swap days wasn't the reason the game was canceled. The teams could have easily played 5 innings if Whiteoak would have showed up on time. Last years sectional game @ Clay, Whiteoak ...

HeadHunter All this coming from someone who has given a play by play account of ND softball games in the past and clearly stated your loyalty for the school and the coach in previous years. NICE TRY but no one is falling for it! ND is the real deal this year.

Re: Portsmouth Clay 3 Reedsville Eastern 2 FINAL
Just look at the headlines about the district tournament for tennis, " All local players sent home at district tennis". It made me wince when I read it. The Times never focuses on the positive. There has to be a better way to relay the facts about the district tennis tournament. They can s...

Re: SOC 1 Standings
I think a good pitcher keeps the hitters off balance. Changing speeds is important as well as throwing different pitches. Hitting locations is also vital. That inside pitch is so important. Rise, screw, drop curve, and change up are the hardest to hit. Speed isn't necessarily the most important but ...

Re: SOC 1 Standings
I'm positive it takes a whole team to win an SOC championship. Sounds like MD thinks the addition of NDs up and coming added to what they still have will secure 1st place for the next ? how many years? Headhunter thinks they will be STACKED STACKED STACKED next year. they did get third this year, ri...

Re: Clay Lady Panthers
I just want to say, that Clay may be a small school in the district, but it has alot of talented and gifted student athletes. My daughter goes to Rubyville and wants to start playing softball, I have heard that Clay has a great softball program and she is just starting out. The only concerns I have...

Re: Lady Flames/Scioto Storm 14u ASA tryouts
Very good coaching from both teams. Pauley and Griffith will be very tough in the circle and with a few more athletes this will be a team to watch out for. Good luck with tryouts.

Re: Upcoming players (Part 2)
SJ- That's a very good point! Also, if a player wants to be able to claim a fast speed, she should be able to throw it consistently and not just for the radar.
