What? Did someone say cliche?
Are the band of brothers leaving the aquifer and heading north up 23 for the tussle in the township? Should be a good old good one.

Re: WEEK 1 HAMILTON TOWNSHIP@CHILLICOTHE
I realize the game is over..it's still interesting to discuss this. I talked to someone who was on the field and he said that the official claimed that the Hamilton player changed the momentum of the ball by blocking the kick. Duh. Had the momentum not been changed the ball would have went down fiel...

Re: WEEK 1 HAMILTON TOWNSHIP@CHILLICOTHE
And though it seemed outrageous at the time, the officials made the correct call on the blocked punt, it is an obscure rule but a rule non the less.
Are you sure?

Re: WEEK 1 - Chillicothe @ Hamilton Township
Who missed tackles when a guy goes 85 yards untouched? The Rangers completed two passes-both for TD's...didn't see a blown assignment on either, just a receiver that was a step or two ahead of the defender(s) and a perfect throw. Give the Rangers a little credit. They have done this against every te...

Re: WEEK 1 - Chillicothe @ Hamilton Township
Rangers. They are a completely different team with 80-90 players grades 9-12. They had no one that had any experience at QB last season, now they have a good QB and the kids who played QB last year have moved back to their regular positions. Injuries and ineligible players also took it's toll on las...

Re: D2 - R7: (2) Logan vs. (3) Brookhaven AT Hamilton Township
I had to stand by the fence near the east end zone (as luck would have it that is where most of the big plays occurred) because the stands were so crowded and I wouldn't have felt right taking a seat from a fan of one of the schools. I had to move away from a couple of Logan fans because of their bi...

Re: D2 - R7: (2) Logan vs. (3) Brookhaven AT Hamilton Township
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no "outside the tackle box" rule in high school football. Grounding is grounding... I'm almost certain that there were two forward passes on the TD that was called back...could be wrong. I wanted Logan to win, but I didn't find the officiating ...

Re: D2 - R7: (2) Logan vs. (3) Brookhaven AT Hamilton Township
That's a shame that Logan's QB was injured. It looked like he was just starting to heat up.
Brookhaven is a talented and a well coached team. I was told that they have two players that are going to major D I colleges..

Re: D2 - R7: (2) Logan vs. (3) Brookhaven AT Hamilton Township
I was reading the Brookhaven likes to crowd the line on defense and trust their DB's with man coverage. Brookhaven's DB's may be fast and athletic, but I doubt that they have seen a passing attack any where near as complex as Logan's. Logan may be able to bottle them up on defense, but I would be wo...
