Re: Manchester @ Whiteoak 2/8
This was an intense game. There were no police involved and no fans on either side created any disturbance. Whiteoak got up to an 18 point lead before Seip picked up a couple of quick fouls for a total of 4 with about 5 minutes left in the 3rd. Manchester fought back to within about 6 pionts several...

Re: Whiteoak @ Peebles 2/1
Peebles is always hard to beat on their home court. I hope Whiteoak can stay on a roll and take a serious lead in the SHAC small school division. Whiteoak by 2.

Re: Fayetteville @ Whiteoak
The game was a lot closer than the final score reflects. Fayetteville was in this one most of the game. A few bad mistakes and foul trouble in the 4th quarter was the downfall of Fayetteville. Whiteoak is a team to be delt with There is a lot of talent on that team. Whiteoak needs to stay on the up ...

Re: Eastern Brown @ Whiteoak
Final score was Eastern 61 Whiteoak 54. The difference in the score was foul shots. If Whiteoak had shot there usual foul shot percentage it would have been a much closer game. Whiteoak may have even won! I am sure Sforsha has a good article about the game. You can get it at www.highlandcountypress....

Re: Eastern Brown @ Whiteoak
I really like the prediction Ironman but Whiteoak will have to play their best game so far this year to best Eastern Brown. Lawson is special and a real scoring machine but so are the three Wildcats you mentioned. If Whiteoak wins I think the score will be more like Whiteoak 65-Eastern 61. Guess wel...

Re: fayetteville@manchester
Fayetteville by 6+. They are too good of a team to be held down this year. Manchester lost a lot from last year but will do well during tournemant time.

Re: Whiteoak @ Leesburg Fairfield 12-18
I think this one comes down to Williams for Fairfield and Taggart for Whiteoak. Siep will also be in the mix for Whiteoak. I think this will be less than a 4 point game with Whiteoak on top.

Re: Whiteoak @ North Adams 2/10
This was a good tournament tune up game for both teams. I showed Whiteoak that lackluster play lack of desire can be overcome with good second half play. It also show North Adams that if you get lazy and stop playing your game a team may come back and beat you. I think the highlights of the game was...

Re: WHITEOAK @ FAIRFIELD 1-20-12
Great matchup for the two teams. Not sure who to pick in this one. Fairfield easily handled Whiteoak on their home court. Have to go with my first thought. Whiteoak by 2.

Re: SHL Scores and Standings Week 8
Seip did have an impressive game. Thanks for the stats. Taggert also played well along with Doctor and the rest of the starters, but I think that it was the Whiteoak bench (after all the foul outs) that was able to win the game. Mitchell had a fantastic 1st half scoreing at will and I don't think he...

Re: Ripley @ Whiteoak
Whiteoak 87, Ripley 80 2OT. Whiteoak had 4 of 5 starters foul out (5) total. Ripley had I think 5 also foul out with at least 3 or 4 starters. I believe it was a strong Whiteoak bench that allowed the Wildcats to win the game. Both teams played a hard fought but relatively clean game. Congradulation...

1970's Lynchburg team members
Andy Richmond was just inducted into Lynchburg Clays Hall of Fame. I was trying to remember who else played during that time at Lynchburg. I can remember a big tall red haired player that had a killer one handed shot from the corner along the base line. I think his name was Rhodes. Also thinking the...

Re: Ripley @ Whiteoak
Ripley had a close call with a much improving Fayetteville Tursday night proving that they can be suprised. Hope to think that Whiteoak can suprise a bunch of people (including myself) and pull off an upset. With all that said, Ripley by 14.

Re: Whiteoak @ Portsmouth, 1/10
Whiteoak comming off a disappointing loss to Eastern Brown where they failed to execute in the last couple of minutes to loose by 12. They do have good talent and I think will be in this game till the final horn blows. Portsmouth at home has the advantage. Portsmouths by 5.

Re: Manchester @ Whiteoak 1/3
In the SHL league you never know what will happen. I think that Whiteoak will have to get back on track and have a very good game to beat Manchester. On the other hand Manchester is now clicking the way that they should. If Manchester keeps up there current form it should be Manchester by 7-8.
