From the story I hear, the student in question was NOT told he would not be playing this year. He did try out and did get cut. He got into arguments with coaches at open gym, even wanting to fight them..from what I hear. There's obviously more to the story than the first post presents.

If it's who I think it is, this for sure has not been the first time. Just the last. And if it's who I think it is, he's been given more than one chance the last couple of years.

Thanks to everyone for their prayers. He is out of surgery and did really well. On top of the 3 they knew were 100% blocked, Dr.Nores also found 2 arteries that were 100% blocked that did not show up when they did the heart cath. We're just relieved it's over...now comes the fun part of keeping him ...

Yeah, you may be right on that. One reason or another he left because he had no more eligibility left in Ohio.
