I can see your upset, just not by that score. They only gave up 30 to a team the burg lost to. It has to be in the high 30's or low 40's for the burg to have a chance. They've only given up 64 once this season, I believe, and that was to a DI team that is in the Regional Finals. Good luck to the lad...

Closer than I thought it would be, but on to the Regionals Lady Generals!

MVL has three teams in District Finals in Sheridan, Maysville, and Morgan with Sheridan already in the Sweet 16. Also, Tri-Valley in D1 made it to the District semi-finals only to get beat by Westerville South by two points.

Saw this in the Zanesville Times Recorder this morning. This is a big one in the East DII. State Ranked New Philadelphia beat Maysville 64 - 59 at New Philly last night. New Philly remains undefeated and Maysville goes to 15-5.

Going through newspapers this morning, I read where Maysville beat Tri-Valley on their home floor by a couple. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Tri-Valley returned all their players from a regional final team from last year. Also saw on Maxpreps that Maysville beat Morgan earlier in the year 81...
