Re: Congrats to Burg's Lainee Clay

SSSWWWEEEEEEETTT, WE are proud of you Lainee. I hope you have a great season this year and go up there and be great. Ferris looks like a good program and were last years NCAA DII Great Lakes regional CHAMPIONS.. I hate that it is so far away but I am sure we will catch a game somewhere.

WAY TO GO NERNIN!

You know that Scoob, Taran and I are all so very proud of you! Keep working hard!

I'm sure there are a lot of teams that will be glad when you finally graduate! :122245

Just wondering, how many other area girls have accomplished this in volleyball?

Re: Report From ASA Eastern National - Salem, VA

rainman, Thanks for the apologies! As I said, there are several girls going to different tryouts together. Stingrays are included, but with tryouts coming up and nothing decided yet, I just hate for any rumors to hurt the girls' chances for any other teams (mine included). Good Luck to all the Wild ...

Re: Traveling Teams and ASA softball vs Little League Allstars

I've tried real hard not to get caught up in this conversation because it is a no win situation. Everyone has their own thoughts and opinions on the pros and cons of both travel ball and little league. My daughter started off in LL, playing pitching machine through 9&10, but during the last year...

Re: Wild Thangs report from NSA Nationals in Columbus

You are absolutely right, MD. Tim Harr got many girls heading in the right direction 4 years ago, and it has grown from there! Another person that deserves a shout out is Jeff Cunningham! He has not only been a great coach but has given moral support this season from behind the scenes. By the way, s...

Re: Wild Thangs report from NSA Nationals in Columbus

Once again reporting some GREAT NEWS! Wild Thangs win 5-4 over the very respectable Ohio Classics! Kayla Koch pitched an outstanding game! Everyone played their butts off! Defense was spot on! This now puts us as one of 16 teams (out of 64) without a loss. We play the LT Redbirds (out of St. Louis??...

Re: SLIDING PADS????????

If you're talking about the thin mostly elastic kind, check with Direct Sports (http://www.directsports.com).

They're the Mizuno brand but I forget the style name. Pretty cheap, too. Maybe less than $15.00?????
