Re: SEOAL Championship: Jackson @ Gallia Academy
If Jackson has nothing now their qb is out, and the mighty cavs is the only team they played this year, then how did they march it down the field with their back-up qb which (he had no time to prepare for the mighty cavs and took over late in the fourth). Then they stuff right at the cavs for a two ...

Re: Ironton (5-1) @ Jackson (5-1)
Nice win. In my opinion Jackson was more physical than Ironton especially in the first half. Jackson could have been easily up 21- to 6 at half. We moved the ball at will in the first. Our offensive line did a great job. The whole team played great, but I thought Mcnellys catch in the second ot was ...

Re: WK6 (1-4, 0-1) Marietta @ (5-0, 2-0) Jackson SEOAL
Clay being out will hurt. We were absolutley moving the ball at will against gallia before he got hurt. The score could have gotten real ugly having him the second half. Look for Kruize and winchester to hook up alot friday.

Re: Week 5 Gallia Academy @ Jackson
Dont know much about the wing t. Might be great. But Minford, are you kidding me. I am sure the storied tradition of Gallia football wants to strive to be like the falcons. That would be a step back.

Re: Week 5 Gallia Academy @ Jackson
I agree 02. When clay was in there we moved the ball at will. When he left we slowed down a little. But then again, Gallia has had a bunch of injuries. Always nice to beat the Blue Devils though.

Jackson Kruizes to a Victory. Nice throw and catch to put the Blue Devils away. What grade is Alllsion in? I hope he is a senior we cannot tackle him period.

Re: Week 5 Minford @ Oak Hill
Minford in a close one. Would not surpise me though if the Oaks pull it off. Calling them Joke Hill or Road Kill Jokes wont do anything but be bulletin board material. Minford should focus on the task at hand.

Re: Week 5 Gallia Academy @ Jackson
42 to nothing! That is funny I dont care who you are. That made my day. Have not heard anything that funny for a while. Fact is Gallia is 0-4 . Whether they have played better teams or not. Jackson is 4-0, and won some close games. I believe the score will be close. Since Jackson has had success in ...

Getting paid over $85,000 is alot of money for being simply a manager. You make the job sound so easy a cave man could do it.

Re: Doug Hale's Reign as Head Coach
How would you define falter? I am sure everyone has a different opinion when it comes to faltering. Why would a school district even take a chance on faltering on students education? Plus if the board lets him do both and test scores fall and the budget would get worse, then the board members that v...

Re: Doug Hale's Reign as Head Coach
Makes sense why they waited then. The girls did not need any distractions during season. The board member knew what he was doing when he resigned knowing who would pick the next board member. Small town politics at its best. I hope everyone sees what has happened whether they agree or disagree with ...

Re: Oak Hill '09
Big D 23 Be careful I said it was the weakest league in football and people wanted me gonged. They should go 10 and 0 with their schedule. Especially if they are as good as all of the hype. I would beef up the non league schedule big time. Especially to help them come playoff time and to help sloan ...

Re: Doug Hale's Reign as Head Coach
I don't think a board has to come up with a coach by June 1. Most people like to have a coach by then so they can use their 10 coaching days. The later it gets the harder it is to find a coach though. That is why I would have figured the board would have had this figured out when they first hired hi...
