Just to throw it out there...
SV has Johnson with a good all around game, Smith, who has those intangibles that don't show up on stats--best passer in the conference,
Tibbs with his good outside game and coming through in the clutch and Capper with a strong inside game.

Well...and generally be from Scioto County. The SOC I has been strong this year. Many, many good strong teams...and not one person on this string (other than me and I'll admit I'm from SV) has mentioned an SV player, even though their players, as a team, won more games and beat these other boys at l...

I think a lot of Eastern fans will be surprised. Vikings didn't lose by much on a very hostile court. I'll take our boys (Vikings) by 3---close all the way.

Not talking about player of the year....I'm talking about all SOC 1 TEAM.

Not necessarily...but surely if the team has won the SOC these boys should at least be part of the discussion?

With Symmes Valley taking the SOC 1 title-it would seem logical for all 4 of those seniors to get the nod, Capper, Johnson, Smith and M. Tibbs. Their improvement as the season has gone on has been impressive.

So what is the thinking now that Symmes Valley has won the SOC title? Surely at least one of those boys must be in the running. Thoughts?

Great job, boys! What a win and what an accomplishment! First time SV has won the SOC title outright in school history...New Boston put up a good fight and played a good game, but those fellas were ON tonight and just wouldn't give up. Go Vikings!
