Gotta go with Caldwell in this one. Caldwell has a nice line and QB. They have played well after dropping the opener to a good Trail team.

Trail defense played awesome in first half when offense put them in a bad situation. That was the difference in this game.

Kerns has done a good job a Trail over his career. The program is not trending in the wrong direction. The first five games of their schedule is brutal:

Caldwell
Harrison Central
Barnesville
Shenandoah
Indian Valley

Rematch of two old bitter PVC rivals. Game hasn't been played since Trail went to the IVC.

I would imagine that Jesse will have all his trick plays ready (along with his boys).

Only issue Fort will face in this game: crossing the river and dealing with the WV home cooking. 16 on 11.

Fort will control this game, but the extra 5 players Barnesville always gets at home will keep it close for a while. Incredibly hard place to play.

Coach Herbert has the Panthers heading in the right direction by bringing the spread offense to Rayland, but it won't be enough as Jesse knows how to defend the spread and will lead the Zeps to a sure victory.

Seems like for some reason the Colts turn into a dumpster fire midway through season. I saw where UL had 19 - count em- 19 yards of total offense and -7 yards passing last week. I think Colts are in for an easy evening.

Had lunch at Lori's with my buddy who works at the Noble County prison. He said the Jesse is very concerned with the Tigers lines, but that he will have them ready.

Was at the game. Came down to coaching. Jesse was leading them and had his boys ready. I tell ya he has Blake's number in this series for the foreseeable future.
