No. Coach isn't letting us run during our season's. Witch rly sux. After cross I'm race walking during track season.

Well Kody Wolf from southern ran a 17:06 i think today @ RV. And dylan roush ran an 18:20's. so idk southern is defiantly the under dog but i wounder what might happen if the rest of the team steps up......

Well i think Southern might be one of those underdogs you might wanna look out for. They had an underdog last year that had came and won it by 15 SECONDS. They ended up placing third as a team losing to second by one point. And they have an upcoming freshman boy that is WAY better then Kyle Goode fr...

So...school is drawing nearer....what do you think all of these new freshmen in college running how will they'll do?

Yeah, Colby Rooseberry, Kyle Goode, and Drew Hoover. i think in that order. Kyle Told me he was WAY out of shape to be running a race but he did anyways....lol

First of all, it's spelled s-e-n-i-o-r-s, not s-e-n-o-i-r-s, so I hope a senior didn't write that, second Kyle might be "Goode" at the college level - pardon the pun - but he really needs to step up the training and level of dedication if he wants to reach his full potential. He can do it...

I think Kody Wolf will win the mile easily. The past two meets he had back to back he ran 4:56.1 and 4:56.5. SO he'll win with no competition. From southern

Well all i know is Kody Wolf (8th grade) from Southern ran yesturday the 1600m in 4:56.1 So i think he is the best distance around here. What do you think????

Goode is a small college athlete. I doubt any DI school would give him a sniff, but a lot of NAIA and DIII school's would like to have him. I could even see him at a DII institution like Ohio Valley U. Yeah, well i wish him good luck with whatever he does. I think after he puts in miles and works r...
