Eastern's defense (even though they are under sized) is very good. They force turnovers and don't send many guys to the line. Offensively, they struggle a bit but play pretty smart. I'm not sure what Alex has but they will have be going up against a team that plays hard and hustles.

Eastern played harder and played much better on defense defense. Meigs has too many kids playing out of control, turning the ball over, and stupid fouls. Eastern earned this win with better discipline and a BETTER COACH.

I'm just glad to see that Meigs fans arent on here blaming the refs like they do every other time they lose by 30. In my opinion, the coach should spend less time working the officials and more time setting up a defense that wont give up so many lay ups. But thats just another reason that Caldwell >...

is there going to be a freshman game?

He's talking about Meigs...the fans have given up...I heard they didnt even have a student section against Southern

Anyone care to donate a coach with an iq of positive numbers to Meigs? Meigs has raw talent...but nobody to guide them or instill disipline There is no excuse for them to get dominated this badly. Good win Eagles...i see them making a good run in the postseason... and hopefully knocking off the athe...

When you say the Posse...are you referring to the Meigs student section?

the score was not an accurate showing of how the game was...meigs was winning most of the game and when alex took the lead, it was still close until the last couple minutes when meigs went into desperation mode and had many fouls to stop the clock and turned it over instead of converting to points w...

i agree...meigs can hang with anyone in the first half...but they just dont have the depth on the bench to compete all 4 quarters

after seeing them at the preview...looks like all their success (if any) will revolve around Jacob Well.

thought maybe they wouldnt have an effective outside threat but i was wrong i guess...they should do very well this year
