Believe would have been a great game for burg. Granted Hoban beat canton mckinley 49-0 and Buchtel 25 - 0, really good competition early too. Only would have helped for post season.

Both teams are good. Period. watching last night (only 7 offensive plays for Russell ) tigers still a little lackadaisical against spread teams. It's early in the game but they did not look agile, hostile and mobile. They need to throw to Carey or campbell early on 1st down. We'll see tonight

I've followed ironton since 1973 and even in their heyday they never started the season with a bang most years. In the last ten year battles with the burg they are 6-4 in the regular season and only once handled the pirates once in 2011 42-13. 5 games were within 5 points. To me wheelersburg lately ...

31-26 burg if they are able to run outside and hit slants.
