Most teams have to more than play their game if they want to hang with Alex. Should be a good match as Valley has a very good record and the defending Division 3 State Champs played some very good teams from the north this year.

Do the pounding Spartans! 3 more and you're in the door. Play with the same intensity as that game mid season!

In closing, Athens did deserve to win.They have a good team. If the supporters would just help us with the early mornin milkings, I wouldn't have to get off of here for tonight. Maybe those up in Nelsonville can help out.

No disrespect to players and coaches- just to those schemers that wanted more success by changing leagues.

There were "travel" costs for years, and Athens, with their multitude of educated, professsional upstanding supporters could surely cough up money for busses. Don't think so.
