Chris Burns ran his best race of the year winning the 81 participant race. I think he was in the 17:40's...West Union frosh was right behind him for 2nd.

Don't know who won.

Wheelersburg won the girl's easily and will give the regionals a run.

Schools: Western, Eastern Pike, Waverly, Jackson, Wheelersburg, Whiteoak, West Union, Clay, Lynchburg, Manchester, North Adams and Peebles.

looks like a short course when you look at what was ran last Sat. at Hillsboro
Granted it was very hot, But not 1:30-2:00 minutes
Congrats to Wheelersburg they should take boys ans girls to Regionals

70 and 92 are pretty far apart on the temperature spectrum. Course was a little short due to baseball field that hasn't happened.

One of the Burg parents had 101 degrees at Hillsboro when the boys ran. It was getting so hot they combined the varsity and jv races to get it over with. Does anyone know how short Western was?
