Is the meet at Gallia HS? Why? Is the District still being run at Rio or Gallia?

No, the Rio Grande Invitational is still at Rio Grande. As far as I know, the district meet will also be at Rio Grande.
Just the Gallia Invitational, which is the Tuesday after Labor Day, will be held at Gallia's new high school. Gallia no longer has to have their meet at Rio.

Unless Gallia has an 8K course mapped out for the college men's race, the site is wrong.
It seems as if the site combined information from the two different meets.
