Gardner from Paint Valley went 16:54 at Westfall the same week and 17:20's at Zane Trace another brutal course

Gardner around 17:20 & McDonald went 16:55 on a pretty rough course at Hillsboro two weeks earlier

Magill from Huntington 17:00 or so at Circleville

times look legit. Southeastern has some pretty nice rolling hills not really flat

The course is fast for my kids, because in the early season we run courses that are hillier and more challenging. Most of my kids like it. It's a good middle of the season litmus test.

The first and third miles are virtually flat. The second mile has some nice rolling hills. Also, there are not many direction changes on the course to slow runners.
