Please keep us informed of any 5k's in the area. I try to watch tristate racer and ohiorunner for info but many of the local races go unnoticed due to lack of info...

Next Monday, 10th Annual St. Mary's Medical Center Veterans Memorial Day 5K Run in Ironton Ohio.

Perhaps a little far out, but the Race on the River Triathlon will be July 30 in Racine and has a separate stand-alone 5K run.

Also, the Chuck Cornelius Memorial 5K R/W will be held June 11 at 8:00 a.m. at Warren High School on the cross-country course there. That's a really fun race.
